Song Of Songs Of Love

Song Of Songs Of Love

[1st Corinthians, 13th chapter]

[1st Vers]
Though I speak with the tongues
of men and of angels,
and have not love,
I am become as sounding brass,
Or a tinkling cymbal.

[2nd Vers]
And though I have the gift of prophecy
And undertand all mysteries,
And have not love,
I am nothing.

[4th Vers]
Love suffereth long, and is kind;
Love envieth not; love is not puffed up,

[5th Vers]
Seeketh not her own,
Is not easily provoked,
Thinketh no evil,
Doth not behave itself unseemly,

[6th Vers]
Rejoiceth not in iniquity,
But rejoiceth in the truth;

[7th Vers]
She beareth all things, she believeth all things,
She hopes all things, she endureth all things.

[8th Vers]
Love never faileth,
But where there be prophecies and languages
And the knowledge shall vanish away.

[9th Vers]
Then we know in part,
And we prophesy in part,
But love is perfect
And never faileth.

[Repr. 7th Vers]
Love beareth all things,
Love believeth all things,
Love hopes all things,
Love endureth all things.

[12th Vers]
For now we see through a glass,
In a dark word;
But then face to face,
Now I know my part;
But then shall I know,
Even as also I am know.

[Repr. 7th Vers]
Love beareth all things,
Love believeth all things,
Love hopes all things,
Love endureth all things.

[Repr. 5th Vers]
She thinketh no evil,
Doth not behave itself unseemly,

[Repr. 6th Vers]
Rejoiceth not in iniquity,
But rejoiceth in the truth;

[13th Vers]
And now abideth faith, hope, love,
These three, but the love
Is the greatest of these.
Amen!
